Fresh local produce and delicious Tuscan recipes
Formally The Sicilian Taree, Café Giardino was designed to be the meeting place of family, friends and loved ones.
From the decor to the menu, the glassware to the greenery, Café Giardino was inspired by the landscape and recipes of Tuscany.
My grandmother’s garden was where we would drink tea, share a meal, and come together to connect. Those days of my childhood, and the memories of my grandmother’s home have shaped the dining experience we share here at Café Giardino.
Our menu is inspired by traditional Tuscan recipes, as well as the abundance of fresh produce grown in our region. Just as they do in Italy, we source all our produce from local growers including fruit, eggs, mushrooms, dairy, cheese, seafood and meats.
Café Giardino was designed to feel as though your are dining alfresco, amid lush gardens, flowers, and in relaxed comfort.
Our fresh juices and Italian cocktails were shaped by the recipes of my grandmother, such as our homemade sparklings – the cucumber cooler, sour cherry sparkling, and the strawberry and mint.
Our desserts boast her delicious cannoli, and our main menus features fresh adaptions of Tuscan recipes such as triple roast lamb, the Mediterranean plate, and pasta dishes such as arrabiata, gamberi, and starter’s such an Nonna’s Olives.
